ZGS11-Z Combined Transformer
The ZGS11 Series Combined Transformer (also known as American Cabinet-type Transformer Substation) is a type of transformer that installed with a high-voltage load switch, a plug-in type fuse and a high-voltage current-limiting fuse in the transformer tank, and uses mineral oil for insulation and cooling. It has the advantages of reasonable and compact structure, small volume, flexible installation, convenient operation, small floor area, etc. It is applicable for the load center of urban power grid, so as to reduce loss and improve power supply quality.

Due to the simplified structure, the floor area and size of the American Cabinet-type Substation are greatly reduced. Due to its small size and only one door for opening, the floor area occupied is only 1/4 of that of the European Cabinet-type Transformer Substation, and the size is only 1/5 to 1/3 of that of the European Cabinet-type Transformer Substation of the same capacity.
Secondly, the protection mode is simple: fuse protection is adopted at the high voltage side of the American Cabinet-type Transformer Substation; the molded case automatic air circuit breaker protection is adopted at the low voltage side, which is the same with the 10kV distribution transformer protection mode in China. The high-voltage fuse protects internal failure of the transformer, and the automatic air circuit breaker protects overcurrent, short circuit and undervoltage failures at the low voltage side.

9. Temperature rises slowly.
10. The transformer has a special structure, and the outstanding advantages are high voltage quality and small neutral point offset.
1. The elevation shall not exceed 1,000m;
2. Ambient temperature: 25℃ to 40℃ (104°F to 77°F)
3. Relative Humidity: the daily average value shall not be more than 95%, and the monthly average value shall not be larger than 90%;
4. Outdoor Wind Speed: less than 35m/s;
5. Vertical Inclination: not exceeding 3°;
6. Installation site: places free of explosion hazard, fire, serious dirtiness, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
