1. The Mining Explosion-proof and Intrinsically Safe Charger uses a uncontrolled rectification technology, which is achieved by adopting a super high power inverter technology. The key includes a high-power power electronics technology and an embedding control technology.
2. It is applicable for charging the batteries of various electrical locomotives for mining of 15 ton and below and other equipment with charging voltage less than 300V and charging current less than 100A.

Compared with the traditional charger, it has smaller size, lighter weight, higher efficiency, more intelligence and richer protection functions. In addition, the intelligent charging mode is also greatly improved the protection for the battery.

A square housing structure is adopted for the charger. It has a smaller size and a lighter weight so it is easier for moving and repairing. It consists of two explosion-proof chambers.
1. The main explosion-proof chamber is installed with an IGBG, a rectifier bridge, a transformer, a main control board and other electrical components, and a heat pipe natural cooling method is adopted.
2. The display screen and three function keys are installed on the front door.
3. The wiring chamber is at the upper part, there are four horns at the left and right in total, and there are two compression nuts in the front for secondary wires in and out.
1. The elevation shall not exceed 1,000m (when the elevation at the operating location is higher than 1,000m, the loading capacity should be revised according to the curve in Appendix B of GB/T 3859.2-1993);
2. The ambient temperature shall not exceed +40℃/104℉, the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃/95℉, and the minimum ambient temperature shall not be lower than -20℃/-4℉. The minimum ambient temperature shall not be lower than -40℃/-40℉ during the non-working period (including transport and storage).
3. The maximum relative humidity shall not exceed 95% (25℃/77℉);
4. Under the coal mine with coal dust and explosive gas mixture;
5. In the steam environment without corrosion to metal or damage to insulation ;
6. A fixed place without intense vibration or impact and with vertical inclination not exceeding 5%;
7. The fluctuation range of AC grid shall not exceed ±10% of the rated value.
