TD Series Supply Transformer Series
The functions of the Supply Transformer include power transmission, voltage change and insulation isolation. As a kind of main soft magnetic and electromagnetic elements, it is widely applied in power transmission and power electronics technology.
TD Series Supply Transformer is applicable for the circuit with AC 50-60Hz and voltage below 1140V as the isolated power. 1. The iron core of the Supply Transformer is E-shaped, which is of housing structure (coil wrapping iron core).
2. The supply transformer has two windings, a primary winding and a secondary winding. Therefore, there are four leading-out terminals. In order to prevent AC hum and other disturbance, a shielding layer is often added between the primary and the secondary windings, and the shielding layer is the grounding terminal. Therefore, there are at least 4 wiring terminals of the supply transformer.
3. The silicon steel sheet of E-shaped Supply Transformer is inserted alternatively, no air gap is reserved between the E and I plates, so the whole iron core fits together perfectly.
1.The elevation height shall not exceed 1000 m, and it is derated for use above 1000 m;
2. Ambient temperature: -25 to 55℃
3. Relative humidity: ≤95%
4. The installation site shall be free of gas, chemical deposition, dust and other explosive and corrosive media with influence on transformer insulation.
